Welcome to Tilia. By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws when using the App.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity occurring under your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the books and other content that you upload.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, publish, or share through the App.

4. Copyright Policy

You may only upload books or other content if:

• you own the copyright;
• the content is in the public domain;
• the content is distributed under a license that permits sharing; or
• you have permission from the copyright owner.

You must not upload or publicly share copyrighted books or other copyrighted material without authorization.

If we receive a complaint or otherwise believe that uploaded content infringes intellectual property rights, we may remove the content without prior notice and may suspend or terminate the associated account.

Repeated copyright infringement may result in permanent account termination.

Publicly sharing an uploaded book is subject to review: a book appears in Tilia's public library only after we approve the listing.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• violate any law;
• infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
• upload malicious software;
• attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the App;
• impersonate another person;
• abuse or harass other users.

6. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the safety or integrity of the service.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
